Your Questions -

Q) How many lessons will it take before you think I am ready to take my test?

A) We all learn things at a different pace, and a lot depends on how quickly you pick things up.  Some pupils are nervous, some are very confident.  On average we recommend between 25 to 40 hours is a rough average, and by then your driving standard should be very high and you should be ready to take your test.  Also the more private driving you can get in will help you become test standard much sooner.

Q) Are all the Wickford Driving School instructors fully Qualified?

A) Yes they are, we do not use trainee instructors. Most other driving schools do, and still charge the same as a fully qualified instructor (A.D.I)

Q) Will I have to share the car at any time with other pupils?

A) All of our instructors follow a strict code of practice, and part of our Instructor Agreement states that this practice will not be allowed.

Q) Can I choose between a male or female instructor?

A) Yes, we have both.

Q) Which areas do you cover?

A) We cover Southend, Basildon, Wickford, Billericay and Brentwood.  And we also cover South Woodham Ferrers,  and surrounding areas.  If you live somewhere near these locations, then we cover your area.

Q) Will the price of my lessons ever go up after I start learning.

A) At Wickford Driving School we operate a fixed lesson price, until you pass.  However long it may take.  This also includes any circumstances that cause you to take a break from your lessons for a while.

Q) Do you offer discounts for students?

A) Yes, reduced rates are always available to students, you can check out  Our Prices, or phone 01268 764593 for friendly advice.
